GameTable's Kick-off

We are pleased to announce that the GameTable Kickoff Meeting will happen at Leiden, the Netherlands on January 29–30, 2024.

All GameTable members are invited to attend. However, with such a large group, we are unable to reimburse everyone for attendance. With this in mind, you will also be able to attend the meeting virtually, so that everyone can take part. If you wish to attend in person using your own funding, this is also possible, but please notify the chairs directly so that we can plan accordingly.

The meeting will be held at Leiden University at the following location:

Travel information:
Leiden is easily reached from Amsterdam (Schiphol) airport. There is a train station in the airport and there are direct trains from Schiphol to Leiden Centraal station. It is 20–30 minutes to Leiden from the airport. The station is centrally located and convenient to the city center, hotels, and the campus.

Hotels:
There are several hotels in Leiden, but as it is a small city, we recommend booking soon. In a worst-case scenario, Den Haag (The Hague) is 15 minutes away from Leiden by train and there are more hotel options there. The following two hotels are convenient to the station, the meeting room, and the city center: Ibis Leiden Centre or Tulip Inn Leiden
There are, of course, other options, so feel free to use your booking site of choice to search for options that suit your needs.
