GameTable's WG3 will meet at Valletta, Malta (https://maps.app.goo.gl/djM8bjwew5Ew3HFe6 - Meeting Room 103).
The diverse stakeholders will convene to establish meaningful connections and explore avenues for collaboration.
The schedule is available here.

More information are available here

Accommodations: This website contains hotel recommendations around the venue: https://www.um.edu.mt/events/gametable/accommodationandlogistics/
Malta is a small island, so in theory you could also stay in another locality and taxi back and forth from the venue.
Travel: Since the rules for reimbursement for COST action include a day before and a day after the meeting's end, and the meeting day will be quite a full day (with a social dinner planned), it is recommended to at least book flights between Sunday and Tuesday.
Malta's airport is well connected (although better connected during the summer months). To get to Valletta, by far the best way is to get a Taxi. There's a Taxi stand right by the exit of the airport, and cost to get to Valletta is 17 Euro ( https://www.maltairport.com/passenger/getting-here/taxi-service/ ). However, Uber, E-Cabs, Bolt and other taxi service applications offer cheaper options as well.
For the logistics, we ask to register (again) for the in-person meeting at https://www.um.edu.mt/events/gametable/registration/ before 18 March. This registration is cost-free, but is important to e.g. prepare your nametags and anything else.
If you're attending in person, we're looking forward to seeing you in Malta! But please also register on the portal above!
